DANCE INSTRUCTOR CANCELLED
A dance teacher was fired by the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po) after referring to students as “men” and “women.”
The decision to axe Valerie Plazenet – who had been an instructor at the institution for eight years – was made after the university announced a gender-neutral language policy.
Under the policy, instructors are to refer to students as “leaders” and “followers.”
"I say women on one side and men on the other because in dance there is a role for the man and a role for the woman," she explained.
The university called Valerie into a meeting and accused the teacher of promoting discrimination against LGBT students.
"We received a complaint from a student ... backed up by several of them, according to which this teacher made remarks during her class that were discriminatory in nature in terms of the role of men in dance," a spokesperson with the university said in a statement.
“WARMONGER” HILLARY CLINTON UNWELCOME AT NOBEL PEACE PRIZE
One Norwegian progressive politician is outraged that former secretary of state Hillary Clinton has been invited to attend this year’s Nobel Peace Prize in Oslo.
“I think it is inappropriate and shocking that the Nobel Committee invites Hillary Clinton to a seminar,” said Steinar Bergstol Andersen.
Andersen blasted Clinton for voting to support the Iraq war as well as overseeing NATO attacks on Libya.
“But most importantly, she voted for the war in Iraq and ignored the UN Security Council. And now she will speak at a seminar organized by the Nobel Committee. It's almost so hard to believe it's true,” he continued.
“If she comes, I hope she answers whether the war against Iraq was illegal since the Security Council said no, and whether it should be investigated.”
FARMERS DUMP MANURE ON DEPUTY’S DOORSTEP
A group calling themselves “young farmers” unloaded a hefty amount of manure on the doorsteps of socialist deputy Charlotte Leduc’s office in Metz, France on Saturday.
“Before taking care of the convicts, take care of those who feed you,” a banner stated.
Left-wing politician and founder of La France Insoumise Jean-Luc Melenchon referred to the protesters as “far-right” on Twitter accusing them of “disgusting aggression” against the deputy.
THREE YEARS IN PRISON FOR FORGED VAXX PASSES
The Munich Regional Court sentenced a pharmacist to three years in prison for forging over 1,000 vaccine certificates. Additionally, an accomplice who sold the certificates was also sentenced to four yeras in prison.
There have been a suspected 5,500 incidents of fake vaccination cards being distributed in Bavaria according to local authorities.
"The case is a procedure of exceptional importance because of the sophisticated technical procedure, but also because of the substantial allegation," said Bavarian Central Office for Combating Fraud and Corruption in the Healthcare System spokesperson Matthias Held.
PFIZER, MODERNA BEGIN LEGAL SHOWDOWN OVER VACCINE PATENTS
Pfizer and BioNTech have launched a counter lawsuit against Moderna earlier this week over accusations surrounding the infringement of Covid-19 vaccine patents.
In August, Moderna first launched a lawsuit claiming that its competitors violated three of its patents.
The company is asking for an undisclosed amount of money from Pfizer.
Pfizer officials have since accused Moderna of presenting a “revisionist history” that bloats the company’s contributions to the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.
MORE TROUBLE FOR BIDEN APPOINTED FETISHIST
The saga of “pup handler” and BDSM lover Sam Brinton continues to unfold.
This time, the energy department official is accused of stealing luggage from Henry Reid International Airport.
Local authorities have put out a felony arrest warrant for Brinton who faces grand larceny charges.
Brinton is also accused of stealing a woman’s bag from a Minneapolis airport which led to him being placed on leave by the Department of Energy.
On top of being pay a $178,063 salary, Brinton also has a top secret clearance with the government body.
SWEDISH KIDS TOLD TO BRING BLANKETS AND FLASHLIGHTS TO SCHOOL
Facing the prospect of blackouts and electrical outages, parents in Staffanstorp, Sweden were told in a letter by municipal officials to equip their school children with flashlights and blankets.
The municipality is preparing for power outages after a nuclear reactor in the community was taken offline.
Students at school could face the prospect of having no heat, internet service or hot water.
“We have received positive reactions (to the letter), that people think it is nice that we are one step ahead and that we have thought about the risks that exist in advance,” said municipal director of education Krister Akesson.
